Project info:      Title: 1938 German 4-Barrel 20mm anti-air artillery, Flugabwehr Kanone Vierling 38 "FlaK Vierling 38", "Desert Afrika Korps" outfit      Date: Fall 2007      Software: 3dsmax, Photoshop, Battlefield 2      Responsibility: Model adjustments, Color map, normal map, specular map      Statistics: 2048x1024 color map, 2048x1024 tangent space normal map, 2048x1024 specular map      Texture Links: Exterior      Notes: This model was built and UV'd by Rad, with the base, sight, and magazines kitbashed from my FlaK 38.     This project was made for the Forgotten Hope mod for EA/DICE's Battlefield 2.     The FlaK 38 did not offer sufficient penetration against more heavily armored fighters as the war progressed, so a four-barrel mount was devised. This version was frequently used on naval vessels for air defense.
